Filmbankmedia Blanket Licence Tariffs: Corporations
This tariff applies to the background or ambient screening of audio-visual content licensed from our rights holders.
It covers content accessed via broadcast television, home entertainment formats (such as DVD or Blu-ray), or viewed from the internet within corporate environments.
“Background’ refers to the use of audio-visual content to create an atmosphere or ambient setting, where the viewing is incidental and not integral to the core activities or primary purpose of the venue, event, or organisation.
